. Sapucaia Florida (Amendoim) remains 2 years in "Amendoim" casks, giving it a discreet yellow color because of it's small pigmentation capacity. It makes the cachaça smoother and ideal for “caipirinhas”, fine cocktails and also great for enjoying it pure, as it maintains the characteristic aromas of sugar cane.
"Amendoim" is a Brazilian tree (Pterogyne nitens) found from the Northeast to Santa Catarina.
