1. Object

1.3 Any and all  alcoholic beverages available for sale at Mundo da Cachaça's Online Store they can only be purchased by persons of legal age in their country of residence.

2. Product, Price and Content Information

2.1 A World of Cachaça reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information and commercial offer presented on: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.

2.2 The images that illustrate each product in the World of Cachaça they may differ from the product subsequently delivered, and these same products are also subject to out of stock.

2.3 Despite the efforts of the World of Cachaça, some products may have an inaccurate price, which is why the company checks prices whenever it processes orders. Consequently, the prices shown in the World of Cachaça  they are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual proposal. If the effective price of the product is lower than the advertised price, the World of Cachaça will return the difference. 2.4 Under Portuguese law, all prices shown in World of Cachaça include the respective VAT rates into force, unless otherwise indicated. 3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 After confirming the order at World of Cachaça, an email will be sent to the contact address registered on it by the customer upon formalization, with all the details about delivery, billing, payment information, products and values. If the customer does not receive the order confirmation email, he is asked to contact the World of Cachaça for this notification to be forwarded again to the customer's email address.

3.2 If any of the details placed by the customer in the order are wrong and/or the customer intends to change any information, as long as the order has not yet been shipped, the customer is requested to get in touch as soon as possible so that it can be internally made the change requested by the customer. Changes to the details of orders that have already been shipped will have to be analyzed by the team at World of Cachaça so that, together with the customer, a more suitable solution can be found.

3.3 All orders on World of Cachaça will only be processed after receipt of payment. The formalization of the order in itself does not constitute a reservation of the products.

3.4 If an order cannot be fulfilled in part or in full, the customer will be contacted immediately by World of Cachaça in order to find the most suitable solution.

3.5 All orders placed on World of Cachaça have a maximum payment period of 15 days. After this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

3.6 Orders may be canceled when expressly requested by the customer through the contacts available at Mundo da Cachaça's Online Store, before the orders are dispatched. After confirming the shipment of the order, the customer is asked to contact the World of Cachaça so that, together with it, the most suitable solution can be found.

1. 1. By Mundo da Cachaça's Online Store Payments are accepted through Multibanco Reference, MBWAY (both for customers with a bank account in Portugal), bank transfer, Paypal and Credit Cards.

3.8    The status of orders in the World of Cachaça they are comprised of 3 phases: Pending, Processing, Waiting and Finished.

a) Pending - Awaits the entry of payment in the system of World of Cachaça;
b) In Process – Phase in which payment has already been received, and the order is in processing and packaging/preparation;
c) On Hold – Waiting for additional confirmations with the customer to proceed with the order. Exceptional phase.
d) Completed – The order has already been shipped/sent.

3.9 Payments are received in euros, regardless of the currency in which the transaction is made, the conversion fees for payments made in other currencies will have to be borne by the customer.

3.10 We may, in some cases, request documents in order to proceed with the processing of the order.

4. Shipping costs

4.1 To the prices shown on the products, the respective value of the postage is added to each order, which are calculated by the logistics company hired by World of Cachaça. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the order, the respective delivery destination and order volume. This shipping value will appear inside the shopping cart with the desired products added by filling in all the requested fields. Please note that the factors in this calculation may vary and change without prior notice.

5. Shipments and Deliveries/Survey at the showroom of  World of Cachaça

5.1 For orders to be sent to the requested address, the entire form must be filled in with the customer's data, in the requested fields.

5.2 In general, after shipment, an order from World of Cachaça delay in delivery:

– Up to 48 hours in mainland Portugal;
– Between 5 to 9 working days in Madeira and Azores islands;
– About 4 working days in Peninsular Spain;
– About 6 working days in the rest of Europe;
– Approximately 7 to 15 business days in the rest of the world.
The accuracy of the times provided above are the responsibility of the logistics company hired from World of Cachaça, the season. 

5.3 After the orders are dispatched, the information for monitoring the shipment is sent via email notification with the information on the link for monitoring the shipment to all customers. If for any reason the customer does not receive the dispatch confirmation, he must get in touch with Mundo da Cachaça so that all available information about the dispatch of the order can be sent again.

5.4 After notification of shipment, customers must monitor the status of the shipment through the link provided by World of Cachaça, so that they are aware of the state of evolution until the time of delivery of the order, since the World of Cachaça does not notify each shipment status change.

5.5 All products shipped by World of Cachaça must be checked upon delivery. If the customer finds that the order is damaged, he must immediately return it to the transport company, duly justify the reason for the return on the carrier's delivery note and immediately notify the World of Cachaça.

5.6 If, after delivery, the customer finds that any of the items is not in compliance, he is requested to contact the company immediately. World of Cachaça indicating the order number or the number of the document that accompanied the order, attaching images of the packaging as it was received and of all items, so that the occurrence investigation process can be opened internally and thus the situation can be resolved with the greatest as soon as possible.

5.7 A World of Cachaça is not responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages. Customers are responsible for the possible seizure of the respective orders, as well as the payment of customs fees, if any. In case of return of products to World of Cachaça will refund only the amount for these same products. In case of doubts, the customer can contact the World of Cachaça before ordering.

5.8 A World of Cachaça has contracted services with specialized carriers for deliveries in Portugal, Europe and most countries in the world. Every effort is made to meet the dispatch and delivery deadlines, however it should be noted that possible delays in deliveries may be unrelated to the World of Cachaça, it is not possible, in these cases, to guarantee exact delivery times.

5.9 Most deliveries are made during office hours on working days to the shipping address indicated by the customer when placing the order.

5.10 In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the transport company due to absence, a ticket is always left in the customer's mailbox with the carrier's information. Depending on the service and the carrier, the orders must be collected at the place indicated by the same in the notice of passage, or the instructions requested in the same notice must be followed.

5.11 If for any reason the customer is unable to receive the order or pick it up at the location indicated by the carrier, the customer is asked to contact the World of Cachaça so that together we can find the most suitable solution.

5.12 Before submitting the order, if the customer wishes to collect it at the physical store of World of Cachaça, you must select the sending option ''Survey in the Show Room'' – it will automatically be taken over to Mundo da Cachaça at Rua Antero de Quental, 263 Loja 303, Galerias Avenida, Coimbra.

a) The person whose name is described in the purchase order will only be authorized to pick up the order, unless they communicate in advance to World of Cachaça that someone else (identifying the name) will pick up the order.
b) Orders for pickup at the showroom may take 1 working day to be processed, all customers are notified via email when they are available for collection.
c) When going to the physical facilities of the World of Cachaça, the customer must accompany the confirmation/order number, ensuring that they have received our order confirmation notification available for collection, and thus avoid unnecessary travel.

6. Governing Law

6.1 A World of Cachaça recognizes to all its customers the right to terminate the contracts entered into with it, allowing them to return, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days, the products purchased under the terms of Decree-Law no. 143/2001 and Decree- Law 82/2008 of 05/20.

6.2 For exchanges or returns, the customer is requested to contact the World of Cachaça  indicating the order number or the document that accompanied it, taking into account the conditions described below in the following topics:

a) To return the order, the product must be in perfect condition, and where applicable, with its original packaging, accessories or promotional offers included, and accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.
b) The return of defective products and wrong shipments will be admitted, being responsible for World of Cachaça for shipping and collection costs whenever the customer communicates this circumstance within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.
c) Once the goods have been received at our facilities and after validating the status of the goods, the value will be returned in accordance with the method of payment made by the customer, or another solution previously agreed with the customer. .

6.3 A World of Cachaça assumes responsibility arising from defects in the origin or raw material of the purchased product and if this is confirmed by the specialized team of World of Cachaça the product will be exchanged or returned at no cost to the customer.

6.4 A World of Cachaça will not accept the return of the product after it has been opened, used, or if it has been altered or modified.

6.5 A World of Cachaça is not responsible for deficiencies resulting from incorrect use, negligence, poor storage conditions or causes of force majeure.

7. Governing Law

7.1 All purchases made on the website of World of Cachaça are subject to Portuguese law. Any conflict or divergence in the interpretation of the General Conditions of Online Sales will be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court.

7.2 If the Customer is located outside Mainland Portugal, the World of Cachaça hereby informs you that any legal proceeding must be exclusively filed in the Portuguese Courts.
